A small group of moms in the exact same season as you. Real conversation. No performance.

A group of women sitting in a circle on the floor with candles and flowers in the center, participating in a spiritual or meditation session.

Motherhood can feel isolating — especially in the early days, when everything is hard and it looks like everyone else is handling it fine.

Circles are a place to show up as you actually are. To talk about what no one warns you about, sit with other women who are in the same month of pregnancy or the same sleepless stretch postpartum, and remember that you're not doing this alone.

Real connection. Honest conversation. No judgment.

What to expect

  • Build real friendships with women in the same season. No explaining the timeline, no catching up. You're already in it together.

  • Talk about the real stuff. The chaos, the wins, the things you can't say to anyone else. All of it is welcome here.

  • Be supported through the transition, not just survive it. Talk about what no one warns you about. Share, listen, ask, vent, cry, laugh. There's no right way to show up.

  • Get recommendations and honest input on what's actually working (and what's not).

  • A consistent space to feel seen and grounded, every single week.

Spots are offered by cohort.

Once you join, you stay with your group.

Circles are kept intentionally small to keep the conversation real. If a current cohort is full, you'll be added to the waitlist for the next one.
